Refunds, Transfers & Credits
We understand that funeral service is unpredictable and that scheduling a day away from the funeral home is almost impossible so Professional Programing offers you three ways to protect your registration dollars.
- Refunds: A full refund will be issued if a registration is canceled no later than 30 days prior to a seminar. A refund of $50 will be issued if a registration is canceled no later than 10 days prior to a seminar. All refund checks will be made payable to the organization or individual who originally paid the registration fee.
- Transfers: A registration may be transferred from the original attendee to a substitute attendee at no additional cost if done no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of the seminar.
- Credit: A registration may be converted to a credit for a future Professional Programing seminar if done no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day of the original seminar.
NOTE: Seminar credits are not transferable and are valid for one full year from the date of the original seminar. Seminar credits may only be used once and are valued at the amount originally paid or the current registration fee of the second program, whichever is lower. Seminar credits have no cash value.
